FAQ's about Document Output
Document Output is an add-on for Microsoft's ERP solution Dynamics NAV .
With Document Output you are able to send outgoing documents, reports and notifications automatically or with just one mouse click. Based on predefined templates, the e-mails are sent in the company's CI/CD.
Document Output also extends Dynamics NAV by a more flexible configuration of the recipients, so that it is possible to store e. g. different recipients for order confirmations, posted sales invoices and reminders without adjustments.
Thanks to the integrated logging the user always has a quick overview of when - how and by whom a document was sent.
